To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients efficiently and offer appointments to those on my waitlist, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. I will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked for any no-shows or non emergency cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked will be charged after the first no-show appointment and to those who habitually cancel last minute. For certain services I may require a deposit, which will be used towards the total cost of your service. This deposit is non-refundable. For appointments that require a deposit, by no-showing or canceling your appointment within the 24 hour window you are forfeiting your deposit. I understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can arise, but no-shows or habitually canceling leaves no time to offer those appointment times to other clients. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, please contact me immediately to discuss the situation on a case-by-case basis as the forfeiting of deposits and fees will be charged as I deem necessary. *Repayment of deposits and/or fees must be taken care of before scheduling future appointments.* This policy helps me serve you and my entire clientele better.
